The history of discovering sage seed oil:
A rare type of oil extracted from Clary sage
(Salvia Sclarea), one of some 2,400 types of sage, was discovered
after a 7-year research conducted at the Volcani Institute by a team
of researchers headed by Dr. Nativ Dudai.
The plant, which used to grow wild in the
Land of Israel for thousands of years, is now extinct, but its seeds
are kept in the institute’s seed bank. Its qualities have not been
studied until the current research took place.
As is commonly known, Omega-3 fatty acids
are essential for the human body and recommended by physicians for
general consumption.
The Omega-3 has become a major topic of discussion and study in hospitals as physicians are amazed by the results it produces, testing patients before and after consuming clary sage oil.
Below are some of its major benefits:
Clary sage is the world’s most stable
natural source of Omega-3, in comparison, flax oil is oxidized
in 20 minutes at room temperature, while clary sage oil remains
intact under similar conditions for 2 years.
Clary sage contains ALA, the vegetarian
Omega-3, which is the core substance of the marine Omega-3 (DHA and
EPA).Thus, people who consume clary sage seed oil feed their bodies
with the three types of Omega-3 that the body needs.
Omega-3 is essential for the development of
fetuses’ brains, and ALA is the only kind of Omega-3 that is
supplied to fetuses through the umbilical cord in significant
quantities.
ALA is the only kind of Omega-3 that remains
in substantive quantities in mother’s milk. Baby formulas are
required to contain Omega-3 of the ALA, not the marine type.
DHA is essential for the brain’s
performance. Only as little as 3-5% of the ALA is converted to DHA
in the body. This datum should be measured against the fact that DHA
stays alive and active in the human brain for 5 years, but even if
high quantities of DHA are consumed, only some 3.8mg are assimilated
daily in the brain. Thus, despite the ALA’s low conversion ratio to
DHA, clary sage seeds provide more than enough DHA for the brain’s
functions.
Clary sage seeds oil does not contain
heavy metals such as mercury and cadmium (which accumulate in
the body and are very toxic), while fish contain plenty of mercury
in their bodies (and even though Omega-3 food additives are cleansed
of heavy metals, they are never 100% pure, while clary sage seeds
are).
Clary sage seeds oil does not contain toxins
such as PCB and kerosene oil residue, which are found in most
high-quality Omega-3 additives that are produced from fish.
Omega-3 additives from fish are distilled at
high temperatures, which detract from its efficacy.
Clary sage seeds
oil is produced only in a Cold Press procedure.
Omega-3 additives from fish tend to thin the
blood, and thus people treated with blood thinning medications, such
as aspirin, can consume only limited quantities of Omega-3 since
this might cause profuse bleeding. Patients, who take Coumadin,
Clopidogrel, and so on may not consume Omega-3 additives from fish
at all, though fish oil does help in blood vessels and heart
diseases. Clary sage seeds oil does not thin the blood and
thus can be consumed by heart patients or those consume blood
thinning medications (and need Omega-3 more than anybody else).
Flax seeds are viewed as laxatives and are
not digested well, while ground flax seeds and their oil oxygenate
easily both inside and outside the body (by heat and free radicals),
become less effective, and might even damage our health.
Additionally, the consumption of flax seeds for more than three
consecutive months is not recommended.
Flax seeds contain cyanides that are rather
toxic, while clary sage seeds oil does not contain such substances.
Fish and flax contain allergens and people
are sensitive to them, Clary sage seeds oil contains no allergens
whatsoever.
Unlike Omega-3 additives from fish, clary
sage seeds oil is good for vegans who do not consume fish products
at all.
Clary sage seeds oil is the most
concentrated source of phytosterols – molecules that lower the
level LDL (negative cholesterol) in the blood; it actually contains
nine different types of phytosterols at synergetic and active
concentrations.
While clary sage seeds oil contains more
than 50% Omega-3 in volume, another 25% comprises of Omega-9 (the
active ingredient in olive oil) that benefits memory, as well as 124
other substances that have rare and healthy impact, which was
scientifically proven.
Additionally, clary sage seeds oil contains
natural Q10 coenzyme, a powerful antioxidant that essential for the
proper performance of the cardiac muscle.
Clary sage seeds oil also contains sclareol -
a very rare and powerful antioxidant that makes certain carcinogenic
cells and parasites self-destroy.
Clary sage seeds oil also contains all four
types of vitamin including isomer delta, which is very rare in
nature).
Being produced from an herb, clary sage
seeds oil contains numerous anti-oxidants, and powerful
anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal
substances that provide the oil with rare stability and a wide range
of health benefits.
Western nutrition is typically rich in
Omega-6, when compared with Omega-3.In clary sage seeds oil, the
ratio between the two is 3:1 in favor of Omega-3, which helps
improving and balancing faulty Western diets, as well as preventing
and healing the damages of diseases.
Clary sage seeds oil is perfectly safe for
all age groups, and is even recommended for pregnant and
breastfeeding women.
Clary sage seeds oil has a nice and gentle
taste, unlike fish oil that smells and tastes bad.
The production of Omega-3 from fish, as well
as fish consumption in general, has a negative ecological impact.
While tuna fish are in danger of extinction, salmons are grown in
extremely overcrowded beach cages. Typically, there are some 20,000
fish in each such cage, and it is filled with fish excrement. In
addition, the caged fish are fed industrial and unnatural
foods.Omega-3 produced from clary sage seeds oil does not impact on
the ecology, nor threatens marine life with extinction.
Fish consumption is known to impact on PH
levels in the body, thus creating “light, chronic metabolic
acidity,” which impacts on proper body functions, which leads to
bone atrophy, weakens the immune system, encourages parasites and
cancer development, and weakens the cells which, in turn, suffer
from faulty absorption of nutrients and delayed waste secretion, and
so on.
Being the most stable source of Omega-3 in
nature discovered so far, clary sage seeds oil is a particularly strong
anti-inflammatory agent and thus substantially improves the
condition of people who suffer from diseases with an inflammatory
component (almost all diseases do), chronic cold, sinusitis,
arthritis, skin diseases, lupus, fibromyalgia, asthma, and more.
Prof Michael Crawford (father of the DHA theory and director of the London Institute of Brain Chemistry and Human Nutrition) claims that EPA in large quantities is toxic.
The consumption of the recommended dosages of fish provides the body with much, perhaps even too much EPA. The consumption of vegetarian Omega-3 guarantees that only the quantities that the body needs are converted from ALA to EPA and DHA.
Crawford recommended using the Omega-3 from the new Israel
source: Clary sage seed oil cold press.
